Solia provides fitness, nutrition, sleep, and body-weight features, including AI-generated coaching, targets, and estimates. Please read this before using them.
Not medical advice. Solia is not a medical device, and nothing in the app — including coaching reports, exercise targets, calorie/macro estimates, sleep guidance, scores, or agent responses — is medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. Content is AI-generated and may be wrong.
Talk to a professional first. Consult a physician or qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have (or suspect) any medical condition, take medication, or have been advised to restrict activity.
Listen to your body. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms during activity. Progressive-overload suggestions are automated estimates — never attempt loads you cannot handle safely, and use appropriate equipment and supervision.
Estimates are estimates. Calorie and macro figures (including from meal photos) are approximate. Body-weight trends and fitness scores are simplified models. Do not rely on them for medical decisions.
Not for disordered eating or medical management. Solia is not designed to treat, diagnose, or manage any condition, including eating disorders. If tracking food or weight negatively affects your relationship with eating, please stop using those features and seek professional support (in Canada: NEDIC — nedic.ca, 1-866-633-4220).
Emergencies. Solia is not monitored. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services (911 in Canada/US) immediately.
By using the fitness and nutrition features you confirm you have read and understood this disclaimer and use these features at your own risk.
