Delete your Solia account

You can delete your Solia account and its data at any time — you do not need to reinstall the app to make the request.

In the app (fastest)

Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your data across our database.

By email

Email privacy@getsolia.com from the email address associated with your account, asking us to delete it. We respond within the time your local law requires (30 days in most places).

What gets deleted

Your profile, schedule, fitness and nutrition data, photos, social graph, reports, scores, and your authentication record.

Match-history rows that belong to other users (a past opponent’s record that they played someone) are retained on their side, without your profile.

Backups

Deleted data may persist in encrypted database backups for a limited period (up to about 30 days) before those backups expire.
